These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Offer Atlas. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes take effect when posted unless otherwise stated.

Offer Atlas compares publicly available GPT offer payouts, milestones, and reward-site information for informational purposes. We are not a bank, broker, payment processor, or reward program operator. Payouts, availability, and offer terms on third-party sites can change without notice.

Offer Atlas may earn compensation when you sign up for or complete offers through outbound referral links. Compensation does not increase the price you pay on partner sites.

Third-party reward sites have their own terms, privacy policies, and eligibility rules. We do not control partner offers and are not responsible for partner site actions, payment delays, account bans, or offer completion disputes.

The Offer Atlas name, branding, site design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use permitted by law.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
